RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Printed RMA document., then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     Printer and copier consumables that have been opened or used in any way.
     ●     Products that have not been properly pre-advised under our RMA procedure, causing identification issues in our returns department. We can't guarantee we will be able to match the customer to the product. Long delays possible in all such cases.
     ●     Products that have sustained damages that can not be attributed to regular handling and shipping while in the care of the customer.
     ●     Products with an date that has expired while in the customer's possession.
     ●     NOTE: ALL RMA REQUESTS OTHER THAN THE ONES MENTIONED ABOVE WILL ALWAYS BE ACCEPTED AS PART OF OUR REGULAR RMA PROCEDURE. SIMPLY USE THE SUPPORT.TONERMAX.COM FORM IN ALL CASES.

Please Note
     ●     To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
     ●     We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
     ●     We strongly advice to adhere to our Return Material Authorization (RMA) prodecure and policy, to avoid any issues exercising your Right to Cancel.
